Analysis of the quantitative composition of microbial soil communities of Khabarovsk city using "Izyskatel DV" software

The results of the analysis of soil samples taken in various functional zones of Khabarovsk in 2022–2023 using the specialized software for environmentalists “Izyskatel DV” are presented. An analysis of the number of microscopic soil fungi (micromycetes), actinomycetes and bacteria demonstrates that soils of the Khabarovsk industrial zone are characterized by a predominance of dark-colored micromycetes and actinomycetes, while soils of the residential zone by bacteria presence. The possibility of effective application of the developed software product is shown not only for chemical, but also for microbiological indicators of soil pollution. It also enables to identify soils with the unique quantitative and qualitative composition of the microbiota, with minimal time.
